We have acted for the Te Arai Coastal Lands Trust, a joint venture between Te Uri o Hau and New Zealand Land Trust Holdings Limited. Holm Majurey secured resource consents and a plan change enabling the development of a golf course and associated accommodation on a 616 hectare property at Te Arai.
