We’ve acted for a number of players in the oil and gas industry, as well as consent authorities, navigating consenting and compliance matters amongst other issues.

Mike and ERM New Zealand were engaged by the (then) Ministry of Economic Development to review the Offshore Petroleum health, safety and environmental legislation. 

Mike was also engaged as an expert adviser by Taranaki District Council for its submission to the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment on the regulation of hydraulic fracturing.
